Thinking in terms of "energy savings" and "emissions reduction" in real estate construction and renovation projects is a matter of responsibility to the community, as well as an obligation since the publication of the RE2020 environmental regulations.

We are recognized as a major player in environmental certification. Our team includes accredited personnel for BREEAM, LEED, HQE and WELL certifications, as well as local BDM (Mediterranean), BDF (Ile de France), BDNA (Nouvelle Aquitaine) and BDO (Occitanie) certifications. We are also a member of the BBCA renovation technical committee, the first method to measure the carbon footprint of a renovation project over its entire lifecycle. Sinteo is also involved in defining the new Circolab label, which encourages the circular economy and the reuse of building materials.
Finally, we help our customers implement best practices in building design, layout and operation, with a view to obtaining labels or certifications designed to improve the living environment for occupants, such as the OsmoZ label or WELL certification.
In addition to certifications, Sinteo is committed to optimizing the environmental performance of the projects to which it contributes. To this end, we use 3D modeling and pay particular attention to (non-exhaustive list):
- Ensure the comfort of occupants by analyzing daylight and performing dynamic thermal simulations;
- Measure the building's energy consumption and check that it corresponds to the estimated costs, using dynamic energy simulation;
- Maximize its sobriety by analyzing the life cycle of the products that make it up, as well as its carbon footprint.
