The aim of our design office is to find the optimum technical systems for the use that will be made of them, in line with environmental issues (energy, carbon).
How do we do it?
By taking an interest in the operation's environment, its context, with in-depth reflection on: use(s), operating energy(s), envelope, carbon, while cultivating a common sense approach!
In compliance with regulatory standards (Réglementation thermique - RT and Réglementation environnementale - RE), the nature of insulating materials, the types of openings and the nature of technical equipment for heating, air conditioning (if it can't be dispensed with 😊 ), ventilation and electricity.
We have already deployed bioclimatic facades capable of filtering solar radiation, insulating against the cold and protecting against overheating. We have also installed systems to recover heat from grey water and rainwater for watering plants.
As SmartBuilding experts, we ensure that the control and supervision of a building's technical equipment is correctly dimensioned.
What is GTB?
The BMS, which represents a separate technical package, is a kind of "operating system" for a building. It controls, for example, heating, ventilation and air renewal in buildings.
It aims to limit waste, but also to ensure the maintenance of the building's technical equipment.
BMS generates data. In certain cases, this data can be analyzed and associated services offered, such as :
- optimization of cleaning costs according to the number of users,
- optimize the building's energy performance according to the number of occupants in the building,
- intensify the use of spaces, with knowledge of how these spaces are occupied over time, etc.
We systematically question the contribution of technology: is it useful? We provide simple, customized solutions!
