OUR INVOLVEMENT
SIEM has begun renovating an office building to accommodate new Macif teams. Guided by Macif’s requirements for flexibility and usage, we are overseeing the BREEAM certification process for the renovation.
We are paying particular attention to indoor air quality by optimizing ventilation and reducing VOC emissions from building materials. Furthermore, since the future tenants have not yet been identified at this stage, we are designing the floor plans for maximum flexibility, allowing meeting rooms and offices to be interchanged.
