Commissioning
Commissioning ensures the long-term performance of new or renovated facilities.
Our mission is to optimize the design, energy efficiency, user comfort, and operation of the building.

The Challenges
The Commissioning approach offers a solution to this challenge, as it aims to maintain the initial performance level and proactively address operational and maintenance issues.
The commissioning process commences during the project's programming phase (for new builds or renovations) and extends through to the operational handover, also encompassing support during the initial years of operation. This enables:
- To anticipate operational and maintenance needs,
- To validate the consistency of technical choices,
- To integrate appropriate monitoring tools (comfort, consumption),
- To prevent performance deviations from the moment of handover.
By ensuring enhanced long-term sustainability and durability of installations, it reduces their overall operating cost, minimizes breakdown risks, and contributes to the long-term value enhancement of real estate assets.
Our Solutions
Depending on the requirements, we deploy our qualified engineers holding CBCP (Certified Building Commissioning Professional) certification to support project owners across various building typologies (offices, hospitality, collective housing, public institutions, etc.) and throughout all stages of a building's construction/renovation:
Design
- Support teams during the design phase
- Anticipate potential operational and usage issues
- Optimize building maintenance and operation
- Optimize future operating costs
- Definition of performance objectives and monitoring during design
Site Supervision
- Support teams during the construction phase
- Conduct commissioning workshops throughout the construction phase
- Participate in site meetings
- Validation of technical choices or variants
Handover
- Tests and trials upon work handover
- Participation in Pre-Handover Operations
- Support for certification audits (HQE, BREEAM)
Knowledge Transfer
- Ensure that construction teams provide the necessary technical knowledge to those responsible for operation.
- Analysis of operational documents (DOE, DUEM, DIUO)
- Participation in and facilitation of training for future operators
- Support for the handover of operational contracts (multi-technical maintenance, cleaning, green space maintenance, waste management)
Operational Commissioning
- Performance tests during the first years of operation
- Monitoring of consumption and maintenance quality
- Satisfaction interviews and surveys with users and operators
Guarantee of energy and environmental performance
- Monitoring of performance commitments
- Energy Performance Contract (EPC)
- Assessment according to IPMVP methodology
- Monitoring of operating teams
Recommissioning and retro-commissioning
- Optimization of existing systems
- Improvement of energy performance
- In-depth evaluation, functional testing, performance measurements, followed by the implementation of practical corrective actions without requiring major renovations.
Our conviction:
with or without certification, a project can always be ambitious

Building Management System (BMS): Complete Guide for Optimal Technical Management
Within a building, BMS enables the connection and control of heating, security, and comfort equipment and technologies. The objective is to optimize energy usage and monitor the operational status of technical equipment. Through this management and control, buildings become more efficient and economical.

Commissioning to Achieve Actual Energy Performance
Commissioning is a process focused on anticipating quality for the benefit of operations. It is a management tool designed to achieve actual energy savings while reducing building operating costs.

Tertiary Decree and Real Estate Asset Management: Complying with the First Deadline and Integrating This New Regulatory Requirement into Asset Management
The 2021 deadline has been simplified, but it is approaching!
By September 30, 2021, tertiary buildings with a floor area exceeding 1,000m² must have met the first deadline of the Tertiary Eco-Energy Scheme (DEET – formerly the Tertiary Decree), specifically their initialization on the government platform OPERAT. The selection of the reference period is no longer required, having been postponed until September 2022 at the latest.
