OUR INVOLVEMENT
Located in Petit-Couronne, near Rouen, Building 2 of VGP Park Rouen—built by QUARTUS on behalf of VGP—was designed to maximize energy and environmental performance.
The involvement of a commissioning engineer ensures that energy efficiency and future needs are central to decision-making, supported by a robust initial performance program and detailed technical reviews.
A thermal comfort study was conducted to ensure occupants’ thermal comfort; a visual comfort study optimized the natural lighting in the spaces; and a dynamic energy simulation was used to calculate energy consumption, thereby reinforcing the effort to reduce the carbon footprint.
The project also benefits from the expertise of acoustics and ecology specialists, with the goal of providing a pleasant work environment.
