Sinteo is participating in two conferences at SIMI 2021, which will take place from December 8 to 10, 2021, at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
At this exhibition, whose theme this year is 'the art of making the city', Smaël Bouakaz, co-director of Sinteo, analyzes the challenges facing the real estate sector and the solutions it can provide in light of the climate challenge.
The first roundtable “Confronted with the Climate Challenge, can real estate overcome its paradoxes?” will take place on December 8 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with the participation of Clémence Béchu (Béchu & Associés) and Thierry Laquitaine (CIRCOLAB). It addresses the seemingly contradictory demands currently facing the real estate sector: a growing demand for increasingly connected and service-providing buildings that ensure occupant comfort, health quality, and well-being, alongside drastic objectives for carbon neutrality and net zero land artificialization.
The second roundtable, titled “The European Taxonomy for Green Finance: What Implementation Path in Real Estate Valuation Frameworks?”, will take place on December 10 between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, with the participation of Loïs Moulas (Sustainable Real Estate Observatory) and Francois Rieussec (President of the National Union of Developers).
