Sinteo will be taking part in two conferences at SIMI 2021, to be held from December 8 to 10, 2021 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
On the occasion of this year's show, whose theme is "the art of making the city", Smaël Bouakaz, co-director of Sinteo, analyzes the challenges facing the real estate sector and the response it can provide to the climate challenge.
The first round table "Confronted with the Climate Challenge, can real estate cope with the paradoxes?" takes place on December 8 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, with Clémence Béchu (Béchu & Associés) and Thierry Laquitaine (CIRCOLAB). It deals with the seemingly contradictory injunctions currently facing the real estate sector, namely a growing demand for buildings that are increasingly connected and provide services, guaranteeing the comfort, sanitary quality and well-being of occupants, and at the same time drastic targets for carbon neutrality and zero net artificialisation.
The second round table, entitled "The European taxonomy for green finance: how can it be implemented in real estate valuation frameworks?", takes place on December 10 between 2:00 and 3:00 pm, with Loïs Moulas (Observation de l'immobilier Durable) and Francois Rieussec (President of the Union Nationale des Aménageurs) in attendance.
