OUR INTERVENTION

The project aims to be exemplary in terms of its carbon footprint, with BBCA certification and high energy performance.

The low-carbon approach is reflected in the extensive work carried out on the bioclimatic design of the envelope and the design of the technical equipment, as well as the choice of a CLT-type timber structure.
