OUR INVOLVEMENT
Sinteo led the energy strategy for this building complex, which consists of a hotel and an office building.
The building uses a new geothermal technology that works by storing and drawing energy from the ground based on the site’s usage. The variety of uses on the site facilitates heat transfer as needed.
This technology, which has been in place since the design phase, along with other considerations related to environmental performance, maintainability, and comfort, was taken into account early on to ensure greater operational success.
We carried out commissioning throughout the construction phase and participated in the start-up and acceptance of all technical packages for the project.
