A technical consulting firm founded on ecological awareness

Our commitment to sustainable real estate and urbanization stems from our strong dedication to environmental preservation across all our missions.

We aim to design equitable systems that align with environmental challenges, optimizing the integration of technical systems within buildings.

Our approach involves intelligently reinventing building technology and, above all, applying common sense to ensure the industry aligns with current environmental challenges.

Technical Building Management

From design to completion of your projects

"A smart building isn't necessarily laden with technology; an on/off switch is as simple as it is smart!"

Our engineering firm's objective is to identify optimal technical systems that align with their intended use and are consistent with environmental considerations (energy, carbon).

How do we proceed?

By focusing on the project's environment and context, with in-depth consideration of: usage(s), operational energy(ies), the building envelope, and carbon, all while cultivating a common-sense approach!

In accordance with regulatory standards (Thermal Regulations – RT and Environmental Regulations – RE), the nature of insulating materials, types of openings, and the nature of technical equipment for heating, air conditioning (if unavoidable 😉), ventilation, and electricity.

We have already implemented bioclimatic facades capable of filtering solar radiation, insulating against cold, and preventing overheating. We have also installed systems for recovering heat from greywater and rainwater for plant irrigation.

As SmartBuilding experts (particularly in BMS), we ensure that the control and supervision of a building's technical equipment are appropriately dimensioned.

What is BMS?

BMS, which constitutes a distinct technical package, is essentially the "operating system" of a building. It controls, for example, heating, ventilation, and how air is renewed within buildings.

Its aim is to minimize waste and also to ensure the maintenance of the building's technical equipment.

BMS generates data. This data, in certain cases, can be valuable for analysis, allowing for the proposal of associated services, such as:

  • optimization of cleaning costs based on user presence,
  • optimize the building's energy performance based on the number of occupants,
  • intensify space utilization with knowledge of their temporal occupancy, etc.

We systematically question the contribution of technology: Is it useful? We provide simple and tailored solutions!

Finally, regardless of the construction type, we support our clients through all stages of their environmental labeling/certification processes.
