We manage the energy strategy for this building complex, comprising a hotel and an office building.
The building utilizes an innovative geothermal technology designed to store and extract energy from the ground based on the site's usage. The diverse range of uses on the site facilitates heat transfer according to specific needs.
Involved since the design phase, this technology, along with other environmental performance, maintainability, and comfort challenges, could be anticipated to ensure greater success during operation.
We also manage environmental certifications and conduct environmental design team studies, including dynamic thermal simulations.
