We are managing the energy strategy for this building complex comprising a hotel and an office building.
The building uses a new geothermal technology whose principle is to store and draw energy from the ground according to the use of the site. The presence of a variety of uses on the site favors the transfer of heat according to need.
This technology, along with the other challenges of environmental performance, maintainability and comfort, has been present from the outset of the design process, ensuring greater success in operation.
We also manage environmental certification and environmental engineering studies, including dynamic thermal simulations.
