After more than 4 years of comprehensive rehabilitation, one of Montreuil's iconic downtown buildings began its new life in 2020.
The bold decision to structurally reinforce all facade elements, technical equipment, and the architectural design of the facades enables the achievement of the highest levels of energy and environmental performance, while providing optimal comfort for future occupants.
As Owner's Representative (AMO) and Design Office (BET), we supported the renovation stakeholders in achieving all the particularly ambitious environmental, energy, and technical objectives.
Our comprehensive commissioning approach, initiated during the renovation, continues by supporting operational stakeholders in taking ownership and implementing energy and environmental performance tools.
