Intervention
As part of the rehabilitation of Demathieu & Bard Immobilier's future Parisian headquarters, the project management team undertook the comprehensive renovation of the building and the valorization of its three infrastructure levels (formerly parking areas). Regulatory constraints were overcome to integrate office spaces, meeting rooms, and a cafeteria area into the basements. Due to the existing building's structural condition, a full BIM (3D model) design was implemented to anticipate and resolve network coordination issues during execution. The site's heating and cooling are supplied by the CPCU and CLIMESPACE urban networks.
