As part of a socially responsible investment policy, we co-developed a tool for assessing energy, environmental, and climate risks.
Objective: to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a real estate asset, as well as realistic avenues for improvement.
Beyond assisting asset managers, the tool serves as an acquisition selection instrument.
