OUR INTERVENTION

As part of our policy as a socially responsible investor, we have co-constructed a tool for assessing energy, environmental and climate risks.

Objective: identify the strengths and weaknesses of a real estate asset, as well as realistic avenues for improvement.

In addition to helping asset managers, the tool also serves as an acquisition selection tool.
