The user experience is enhanced through numerous connected services that will be available, including click & collect concierge, bookings, and control of lighting, solar shading, and HVAC, etc.
Occupant comfort is also a central concern and will be enhanced through the provision of highly vegetated outdoor spaces, bright and flexible offices, and services such as a gym, coworking spaces, and a modern, welcoming cafeteria concept, etc.
