OUR INVOLVEMENT

Our mission is part of the Tertiary Decree AMO initiative, which is being carried out across RTE’s entire portfolio of assets subject to these regulations. The Villers-lès-Nancy site, along with several others, was selected for an in-depth audit aimed at conducting a detailed assessment and defining the most appropriate action plans to reduce the sites’ carbon footprint and energy costs, while ensuring their compliance with the Tertiary Eco-Energy regulations.

The Villers-lès-Nancy site is notable for its six buildings, which vary widely in terms of their uses, years of construction, and states of preservation. A specific action plan has therefore been developed for each building.

This work plan takes into account the operational constraints specific to RTE at this site and has been subject to a comprehensive cost analysis, covering both the necessary investment and the expected savings. These savings may result either from the optimization of existing facilities or from more extensive work with a significant impact.

In a large tertiary park adjacent to a natural area, a redevelopment project was undertaken as the prime contractor for green spaces to promote permeability and natural breakthroughs up to the building foundations.
