SIEM initiated the renovation of an office building to accommodate new Macif teams. Guided by Macif's flexibility and usage requirements, we are managing the BREEAM certification for this renovation.
We pay particular attention to indoor air quality by optimizing ventilation and reducing VOC emissions from materials. Furthermore, as future tenants are not yet identified, we are implementing optimal floor plate flexibility, enabling the interchangeability of meeting rooms and offices.
In a large tertiary park adjacent to a natural area, a redevelopment project was undertaken as the prime contractor for green spaces to promote permeability and natural breakthroughs up to the building foundations.
We translate the client's expectations into an ambitious acoustic program, focused on occupant comfort.
User comfort and building connectivity are central to this renovation project.
