For this elegant project located on Boulevard Malesherbes in Paris, we translated the client's expectations into an ambitious acoustic program focused on occupant comfort. To shield occupants from external noise, particularly the significant road traffic on the boulevard, we specified appropriate glazing early in the design phase, suitable for the office activities within the premises. In collaboration with the interior architect, we proposed and then designed elegant acoustic treatments for a welcoming reception lobby, serving as a true showcase for the site.

In a large tertiary park adjacent to a natural area, a redevelopment project was undertaken as the prime contractor for green spaces to promote permeability and natural breakthroughs up to the building foundations.
User comfort and building connectivity are central to this renovation project.
