As a CFO/CFA/GTB Engineer, you will be involved in building construction and renovation projects, designing, sizing and monitoring construction.
Design and studies
- Carry out design studies in CFO (high voltage), CFA (low voltage) and GTB (Building Management System)
- Participate in the definition of technical needs in line with regulatory and environmental requirements
- Draw up written documents (CCTP, DPGF, etc.).)
- Produce graphic documents (plans, diagrams, synoptics, etc.)
- Dimension equipment and optimize technical solutions in line with energy performance and certification objectives (HQE, BREEAM, LEED, etc.).
Project monitoring and coordination
- Liaise with the various parties involved (project owner, architects, contractors, other BETs)
- Analyze contractors' bids and assist the project owner in making technical choices
- Take part in site meetings and ensure technical monitoring of the work
- Check that installations comply with standards and project expectations.
Innovation and monitoring
- Maintain a technical and regulatory watch on developments in CFO/CFA/GTB
- Contribute to the development of design tools and methods within the design office.
Education & experience
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 in electrical engineering, electrical engineering or energy
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a design office
Technical skills
- Mastery of electrical standards and regulations (NF C 15-100, 14-100, etc.).)
- In-depth knowledge of CFO/CFA and GTB systems (automation management and supervision)
- Experience in modeling and design using Caneco, Dialux, Revit, AutoCAD or other professional tools
- Good understanding of energy and environmental issues.
