Our course :
You'll work on a variety of assignments in the Technical Project Management department, a dynamic, multidisciplinary team on a human scale.
You will take part in building design projects designed to reduce the environmental impact of tomorrow's major commercial and mixed-use real estate projects:
- Carry out HVAC-D/PLB/Thermal design studies at all stages of the project (competition, APS, APD, PRO/DCE, ACT): 2D/3D drawings, schematic diagrams, RT calculations, thermal balances, calculation notes, analysis of bids from contractors, etc. ;
- Participate in the construction phase: approval of execution documents, assistance with work supervision, assistance with OPR and acceptance;
- Contribute to developing an internal culture of knowledge and foresight (regulatory and standards watch, technological innovations, etc.).
