Our course :
You will work in the Operations department on a variety of assignments:
- Optimize the performance of commercial buildings: energy and carbon audits, BMS audits, climate risk studies, ESG assessments, etc.
- Carry out energy monitoring on a property portfolio scale (energy management)
- Implement certification procedures for operations (HQE Exploitation, Breeam In-Use),
- Contribute to developing an internal culture of knowledge and foresight (strategic and regulatory watch, technological innovations, international development, etc.);
