Making the most of basements

Our intervention

As part of the refurbishment of Demathieu & Bard Immobilier's future Paris headquarters, the project management team is rehabilitating the entire building and upgrading the 3 infrastructure levels (formerly parking lots). Regulatory constraints were overcome to integrate office space, meeting rooms and a cafeteria in the basement. Due to the structural condition of the existing building, a full BIM design (3D model) was implemented to anticipate and resolve network synthesis issues during EXE. The site's heating and cooling systems are supplied by the CPCU and CLIMESPACE urban networks.
